Our services include packing, loading, transporting, unloading, and related relocation assistance. The exact scope will be agreed upon during service confirmation and may vary based on customer needs.

3. Bookings & Payment

• Bookings must be confirmed with accurate information.
• Payments can be made in advance or as agreed in writing.
• Delays in payment may lead to service cancellation or penalty fees.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Customers may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours’ notice. Refunds will be processed based on the timing and reason of cancellation, subject to our discretion.

5. Responsibilities

• We ensure reasonable care in handling, but are not liable for unavoidable delays or damages due to natural calamities, accidents, or third-party failures.
• Customers are responsible for declaring valuable or fragile items in advance.

6. Insurance

Transit insurance is available on request at an additional cost. Customers are encouraged to opt for insurance for high-value items.

7. Prohibited Items

Items such as explosives, firearms, illegal substances, and perishable goods are strictly prohibited during transportation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the declared value of the goods or as defined in the insurance policy, whichever is lower. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai.
